I am responsible for the complete technical management of the digital platform for Renuka City Hotel, a premier 4-star hotel in Colombo. My role is to ensure that the website remains a high-performing, secure, and reliable asset that supports the hotel’s bookings and guest services around the clock.

Full-Stack Management & Performance

I handle the daily technical operations to maintain the website’s premium standards. This includes:

• Site Reliability: Proactively managing the website environment to ensure fast loading speeds and smooth performance, which is critical for the hotel’s user experience and reservation flow.
• Content & System Updates: Managing all technical updates, ensuring that the site’s features—from room galleries to dining menus—function perfectly without any service disruptions.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Providing immediate resolution for any front-end or back-end issues, maintaining a seamless experience for potential guests.

Infrastructure & Technical Security

I oversee the entire backend ecosystem, allowing the hotel management to focus on hospitality while I handle the technology:

• Hosting & Domain Management: Full administration of the hosting environment and DNS settings to guarantee maximum uptime and site availability.
• Security & Compliance: Managing SSL certificates and implementing robust security measures to protect the integrity of the site and ensure guest trust.
• Continuous Maintenance: Ongoing monitoring of server health and executing routine maintenance tasks to prevent vulnerabilities and optimize overall site stability.
